Let me hear from you. What are YOUR thoughts on any or all of these questions as they pertain to Exodus 24:1-12?
What does this passage teach us about God?
What does this passage teach us about people?
What should you do this week in response to this passage?
Who should you share this with this week?
I’m a bit obsessed with the study on this passage.
This passage teaches me that God is so intentional even when all of us here down on earth don’t understand or agree with those intentions.
This passage teaches me that God uses anyone and everyone. There is no background check or specific level of accomplishment/social status/intelligence required.
I love how this is told in scripture but I also believe (and want to believe) in amazing things like this happening in our world today.
I honestly don’t know how to share this story other than to read the study guide. It opens SO many questions. I’d like to be able to share how the answers are revealed further in the New Testament as well.
Thanks for the insightful sharing…You touched on something so important and yet so often, we tend to forget when looking at ourselves…God does desire to use any and everyone…no matter age or gifts (perceived or real)…All we have to do is to being willing participants in God’s Holy plan…each day we wake up and are face with a decision…whom or what will we serve…and yes, that means loving and serving as God calls us to do even when we do not understand or think it doe snot matter.
As to your sharing with others, may the answer for you is found in the reason as to why you are a “bit obsessed with the study on this passage.” What more is God trying to say to you?
